Using
Istructions for Balsamic Vinegar
The
Balsamic Vinegar obtained from vinegar casks 6,8,12,18, offers
different levels of refinement of growing quality.
6 and 8
are especially recommended to season salads and every kind of
streamed vegetables,as courgettes,carrots and french beans.
The
balsamic vinegar 12 is advised to enhance the flavour of all egg
dishes and omelettes, but also meat both steamed and roasted, and it
is delicious on chicken dishes.
The
balsamic vinegar 18 is intensely characterised thanks to its ageing
in juniper casks, it is preposed to people that love sweet taste and
is specially recommended to flavoured every kind of meat.
The
balsamic vinegar 21 is long aged,with a round perfume of
chestnut,cherry, mulberry,juniper and oak and it is proposed to the
most demanding connoisseurs of the high gastronomy.It can be used on
vegetables and meat,but it´s known to be best seasoning for
parmesan cheese.
The Silver
Cask offers a long aged balsamic vinegar,very similar ro rhe
traditional one.It has the tast of jam and the smell of honey.This
one is wonderful on every dish and can be used on strawberries and
vanilla ice.

contains sulfites:Wine vinegar,concentrated and cooked grape
must,caramel colouring E150 D, antidioxydant E224. Acidity 6%.
